We firmly believe in work which fits into our lives, in flexible work starting today, not some day in the future. We were tired of buzzwords such as „work 4.0“ – and searched for solutions with the power to really change something right now. We could not wait any longer – we just had to make our vision of Tandemploy come true.
With our love of innovation, we develop software that smartly connects employees and know-how within an organisation: for clever knowledge-sharing and the easy and staff-driven realization of flexible working models. Our solutions are easy-to-implement and don’t need complicated “change prozesses”. They target smaller to middle-sized companies as well as huge corporates and make use of the most powerful leverage companies have: their own employees.
In our Berlin headquarters we work highly flexible ourselves – and think in tasks, not in fixed job descriptions and full-time jobs. Because who has decided that every job fits best into those 40 hours a week? In our team of 20 people we all work in flexible models. We currently have 3 job sharing tandems, 4 project teams, 3 freelancers and 5 colleagues with a 4-days-week. Lastly we decided to bring Bavarian holidays to our Berlin office as 4 more (!) days off from the daily routine do not seem to harm their economic power – quite the contrary!
